Organization Sales Training and Mansystems optimizes company activities by introducing second company: Mansolutions.

Amsterdam, 1st of February 2007 - Mansystems, a leading provider for Service Management Solutions, training and consultancy services, has decided to split its organization, in order to optimize the company's activities. This was announced, earlier today, during a joined Customer Event of Mansystems and BMC Software, at the "House of the Future" in Amsterdam. The company will now consist of two separate organisations, namely Mansystems and Mansolutions, which are both joined under the parent company Manadvies Corporate.

Mansystems' ExpertDesk Service Management application, a software solution developed by Mansystems and based on BMC's Remedy AR System, has been very successful in their home-country, the Netherlands, as well as internationally, specifically Germany and Switzerland. This development contributed to making a decision towards splitting activities between organisations. Mansystems will, in it's capacity as software vendor, continue to engage in all activities concerning ExpertDesk ranging from development, sales, implementation to training. The Mansolutions organisation, on the other hand, will focus its business units on sales and implementation of third party product lines, such as but not limited to Indus (planning and scheduling) and Netcool (element management organization. The split enables both companies to develop their own strategy and business approach and both business units can grow by means of their own competency.

MansystemsMansystems offers solutions for Service Management, focusing on mid-sized, as well as large sized enterprises. After the split, Mansystems will continue to concentrate on development and internationalization of ExpertDesk Service Management. Its core activity stays Service Management, with the goal to further Mansystems' business approach towards a software house function. In addition, Mansystems will support their customers utilizing its highly qualified implementation teams, customer support and training. In respect to the most interesting market developments, Mansystems will also include CRM and Delivery into their portfolio.

MansolutionsMansolutions consists of four business units, which derive their activities from third party software solutions: Workforce Management, Networks, BSM and Consultancy. As Mansolutions creates new opportunities out of these business groups, customers will reap the benefits of availability of support for sales, implementation, customer support and training across all business units.

"It is time for a new and fresh impulse", declares Arnold Zwart, CEO Mansystems. "After about 15 year experience, Mansolutions offers us the opportunity to redirect activities which originally started up within Mansystems. We create more independence and the ability to expand. For our clients that means that there will be an increased focus on the diverse product lines and through that we will be better equipped to improve quality of service. The chosen set-up guarantees that we better understand the customer needs and have the opportunity to react more quickly to new developments on the different markets. Both companies complete each other's activities, and this way each company activity receives the attention it deserves.
